Andres holds a Civil Industrial Engineering degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (graduated with Distinción Máxima) and an MBA from UCLA, where he received the Fred Weston Award for Excellence in Finance and the Carter Fellowship, an honor granted to the top 2% of his class.
Andres has developed most of his professional career in the financial industry. From 2003 to 2006, he served as Portfolio Manager at AFP Cuprum, managing US$5 billion across Pension Funds A and B.
Between 2007 and 2009, he worked at Empresas GI, the holding company of Grupo Indumotora, leading the Family Office. In this role, he oversaw the Real Estate and Investment divisions, managed the group’s portfolio of financial assets, and led M&A activity. He also served on several boards, including Forum Servicios Financieros, a publicly listed company and a market leader in automotive finance.
From 2009 to 2015, Andres held various executive roles, including CEO of Banco Penta, Chairman of Penta AGF, and board member of both Penta Financiero and Gama Leasing.
Today, he is a founding partner at Brox Capital, a firm affiliated with SummaPartners. He has also participated in various boards, advisory boards, and committees in institutions such as HLR Group, Toesca, and HSBC Chile. He is Past President and current board member of the UCLA Anderson Alumni Chapter in Chile, and a board member of Corporación MBA Chile.
CHRISTIAN TAUBER

Christian has an outstanding track record with over 25 years of experience in the financial and banking sector. Throughout his career, he has implemented both short- and long-term strategies for various companies, successfully refinancing over USD 10 billion.
Before joining Brox Capital, Christian held prominent positions in the banking industry. He served as Corporate Manager in the Wholesale Banking division at Banco Itaú Corpbanca. Prior to the merger, he was Head of Corporate & Investment Banking at Banco Itaú. He also held senior roles at BBVA as Director of Corporate Banking and at Citibank as Manager.
Christian holds a degree in Business and Economics from the prestigious Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
CRISTIAN CHECHILNITZKY
Cristián holds a Civil Industrial Engineering degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
He has over 20 years of experience in the retail and logistics industries, leading financial, control, and strategic development areas at a regional level.
Between 2004 and 2012, he held various financial positions at Holding Ultramar, both in Chile and abroad, gaining solid experience in investment management, subsidiary control, and corporate planning.
From 2012 to 2025, Cristián built a distinguished career at Femsa Salud, the holding company that includes Cruz Verde Pharmacies, Maicao Perfumeries, and other subsidiaries. During his first years, he served as Finance Manager and later as Corporate Controller, leading regional financial efficiency and control processes.
In 2018, he was appointed Head of Partnerships and Alliances, successfully closing major commercial and strategic agreements. Between 2019 and 2023, he led the Real Estate Development Division, driving the company’s expansion plan in Chile with the opening of over 150 new stores, reaching a network of 950 pharmacies and perfumeries.
From 2024 to 2025, he served as Regional Finance Director, overseeing operations across five countries and consolidating the division’s financial and operational performance throughout the region.
